We are looking for a Junior Service and Warranty Administrator to join our Service Admin team in our Head Offices in Nicosia

Job Summary

The Junior Service and Warranty Administrator will be guided and developed by the Service Administration team to be the first point of contact on anything related to warranty claims and reporting and will be responsible for a variety of aspects regarding the overall administration of the Service team, while coordinating with workshop Managers for anything related to supply, maintenance, repair, calibration and certification of tools and equipment. 

The successful candidate will have strong customer orientation, attention to detail and abilities to find cost – effective solutions to any issues that may arise while complying with Toyota standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle communication, checks and submissions of warranty claims to Toyota Motor Europe.
  • Plan, manage, implement and report on Service campaign and warranty operations.
  • Communication with Workshop Managers and Service Administration team for effective and efficient equipment and tools supply, maintenance, calibration and certification.
  • Monitor reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and suggest ways for improvements where necessary.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of all Toyota & Lexus workshops by providing high levels of support.
  • Assist in conducting warranty audits in coordination with Service Admin team. 
Desired Qualifications
  • Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant field is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and verbal Greek and English languages.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Pleasant and enthusiastic personality is a must for the position.
  • Organizational skills.
  • A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
