Senior Service Advisor

With a focus on doing business the way that customers love, we have a new position for a Senior Service Advisor in Limassol.

Your main duties will be:

Customer service at the reception area of our workshop.
Explain and support customers with details on the work performed on their vehicle and the invoicing.
Coordination with Parts department where necessary.
Guidance and training for new colleagues.
Taking the necessary initiatives to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the team.

Skills and Qualifications

At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar position in the automotive industry or a similar field.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in Greek and English.
Good computer skills.
Valid driving licence.
Ability to work within a team in an organized manner.
Very good communication skills
