Your main duties will be:
- Handles customer and insurance communication for Body & Paint repairs.
- Handles Service and Body & Paint appointments and scheduling.
- Substitutes cashier or Service Advisor during their absence.
- Explain and support customers with details on the work performed on their vehicle and the invoicing.
- Coordination with Parts department where necessary.
- Maintains an organized database and filing.
