Service Assistants - Nicosia

With a focus on doing business the way that customers love, we have a new position for Service assistants in Nicosia (For a limited employment duration of 8 months).
Your main duties will be:
- Receive owners with vehicles involved in Takata recall campaigns
- Issue the designated repair order / job card as per process to be advised
- Ensure that labour and parts are properly assigned on repair order / job card
- Offer hospitality in the designated area by advising the owner on waiting time and available amenities
- Hand over the repair order / job card to the designated person (quality controller / facility in charge)
- Upon completion of the vehicle, issue the customer invoice and confirmation of the recall performed
- Ask the customer to sign as appropriate and instruct on picking up point in facility
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality sector will be considered an advantage.
- Good Greek and English knowledge.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to work within a team in an organized manner.
- Very good communication skills
